"Once
upon a time...
In a village of Auvergne, a lively inn, full of happy moments.
This inn, in the center of Blesle (Haute-Loire, french department),
medieval borough, one of the most beautiful villages of France,
at few kilometers of A75 motorway, it’s La Bougnate.
La Bougnate, it’s my wife ! This nickname, which her cousin
Jean gave her (originating from Auvergne like her) became famous,
and whole France pronounced it. It’s « La Francoise
», my Bougnate. She thought, drew, carried out the Hotel Restaurant
with finesse and sensitivity."
Today,
I entrusted Jean-Philippe Ferraro and his wife with the management
of it. His profession is wine waiter. They are both coming from
Saint-Emilion.
